국립무용단의 2017-2018 레퍼토리 시즌 개막작인 무용극 《춘상(春想)》의 홍보 영상이다. 고전 소설 『춘향전』을 현대적으로 재해석하여 스무 살 청춘 남녀의 사랑 이야기를 1막 8장의 구성으로 다룬다. 전통 춤사위를 기반으로 현대적인 동작을 결합하고 대중음악을 편곡한 무용 음악을 사용한다. 회전 무대 위 모노톤의 복층 무대를 구축하여 시공간의 변화를 시각화한다. 청춘의 감정을 춤으로 표현하는 공연 홍보 형식으로 구성되어 있다.
This video introduces the performance “Chung, Yeon (Chunsang)” by the National Dance Company of Korea, which served as the opening piece for the 2017-2018 repertoire season. 국립현대미술관, 현대카드, 뉴욕현대미술관이 공동 주최한 《현대카드 컬처프로젝트 18_ 젊은 건축가 프로그램 2015》의 최종 당선작인 건축가그룹 SoA(이치훈, 강예린)의 설치 작품 ‘지붕감각’의 제작 및 설치 과정을 담은 기록 영상이다. 국립현대미술관 서울관 마당 공간을 배경으로 갈대발을 활용한 대형 지붕 구조물이 구현되어가는 설치 공사 과정과 완성된 공간의 전경을 보여준다. 미술관 야외 마당에 관람객을 위한 쉼터와 그늘을 제공하는 건축 구조물의 창작 과정과 공간적 변화를 시각적으로 전달하는 전시 스케치 및 아카이브 형식으로 구성되어 있다.
